Rapper M03 was fatally shot in broad daylight on Interstate 35E near the Dallas Zoo on November 11th, 2020. He was just 28 years old at that time. The man accused of shooting and killing rapper MO3 in Dallas on I-35 has pleaded guilty to firearms crimes and faces years in jail.
AllHipHop reported that Kewon Dontrell White, the man accused of murdering rapper MO3, has pleaded guilty to felon in possession of a handgun. According to federal court records, the 23-year-old submitted his guilty plea for the 2020 incident in which a Lancaster officer discovered a 9 millimeter weapon in his pocket.
On August 16th, 2020, almost two years ago, White ran from Lancaster police on his dirt bike and subsequently on foot after they attempted to stop him for various traffic offences. An arrest complaint detailed how officers apprehended White three weeks after witnesses identified him as the shooter in the rapper’s death, and stated that Devin Maurice Brown is a “known affiliate” of White’s.
This isn’t the first time White has run into legal trouble while being just above the legal smoking age. For fleeing cops in a stolen car, he was sentenced to three years in prison. He was also sentenced to 18 months in prison for two separate cases of illegal use of a motor vehicle.
White faces up to ten years in prison and a fine of $250,000 in his most recent weapon charge. M03’s murder is still being investigated by White and Brown. White’s lawyers could not be reached for comment right away. Check out the video below.
