Marilyn Manson Unlikely To Get Charged In Assault Case

Marilyn Manson is one of the most controversial singers in the music industry, and he has been for decades, especially after being accused of abuse by multiple women. He even turned himself in back in July last year following all the charges meted against him. He might have some good news when it comes to the sexual assault charges against him.

Manson has been involved in a sexual assault investigation for more than a year now. According to TMZ, detectives have yet to find solid evidence that will convict the singer.

Police said that there have been, “some credibility issues with the victim” which have made it hard to build a solid case against Manson. Police have said that they have sent all they have found to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office, who ultimately will make the decision.

However, it is doubtful they will charge without concrete evidence. It was further said that the case likely won’t amount to charges unless new evidence emerges somehow.

Manson’s lawsuit from his former assistant was also dropped recently. For his part, Marilyn Manson continues to deny all the allegations meted against him. We’ll keep you updated on this ongoing story.
