Erika Jayne Claims Victims Of Ex Tom Girardi’s ‘Embezzlement Scheme’ Are Lying

Erika Jayne married Thomas Girardi, a founding partner of Girardi & Keese in Downtown Los Angeles, after meeting in 1998. The Bravo-celebrity has been embroiled in controversy as of late. Erika was labeled as the “frontwoman” in ex Tom Girardi’s alleged fraud “scheme” in a $50 million racketeering lawsuit.

In a recent turn of events, Erika alleged that the ‘victims’ of her ex husband Tom Girardi’s embezzlement scheme could be lying about not receiving their settlement funds. In a preview for Wednesday’s episode of the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, the 50-year-old reality star reflected on her ongoing legal woes and speculated about the validity of the alleged victims’ claims.

Last year, Girardi was accused of misappropriating settlement funds intended for the families of victims of the fatal crash of Lion Air Flight 610 in 2018. 189 passengers and crew members were killed. Erika has been accused of aiding her husband’s alleged scheme.

In the teaser, Erika and her castmates were at Kyle Richards’ massive Palm Springs home, which is the same place Erika was at when the Los Angeles Times released their bombshell expose regarding her ex husband’s alleged crimes in 2021. Erika can be heard saying in the teaser,

‘When I was here a year ago, it was so crushing and I’m so glad that we’ve moved past all our s***,’

Erika then went on to thank Richards, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley and Garcelle Beauvais for dealing with her as she felt “backed into a f***ing corner every day” at that time. Though she expressed relief over being able to “at least catch my breath now,”

Erika for her part, has maintained her innocence both on and off camera while filming “RHOBH.” Although, she acknowledged in the teaser that she’s ‘far from done’ with her legal drama. You can check out a snippet from the teaser below.
