Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s lawyers made their closing arguments in a Virginia courtroom last Friday. The jury began deliberations but was excused after two hours. It was recently reported that Johnny Depp will not be present in the Virginia courthouse when the verdict is announced.

Radar Online recently learned that Depp will not be physically present for the verdict. According to a source close to the Pirates of the Caribbean actor, due to “previously scheduled work commitments made before the trial, Mr. Depp will not be physically present.” Depp will be watching from the United Kingdom according to reports.

Depp has been performing shows with his pal Jeff Beck in the United Kingdom. Many people were unsure if the actor would turn up after he arrived in London days after his lawyers finished their last arguments in court. Heard has yet to be seen, but she is anticipated to be in attendance with her attorneys to hear the jury’s judgement.

Last week, the seven-member panel began deliberating and proceeded on Tuesday. On the third day of negotiations, they stated that they had reached a decision. With Depp suing his ex for $50 million in damages, there’s a lot on the line.
