NeNe Leakes’ life has not been easy for the last year or so. She was already coping with one lawsuit when another landed on her. NeNe’s boyfriend has finally spoken out on the matter.
According to Radar Online, Nyonisela Sioh, the boyfriend of Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes, has broken his silence. His ex-wife Malomine accused NeNe of being a home wrecker. The Bravo star’s lover chose to answer his ex’s lawsuit in a cryptic manner.
“The best u do to urself in life’s not to allow negative people to bring u down to their level. Just maintain ur self-respect and keep away from them. Know that u can’t hang out with negative people and expect to live a positive life. Don’t forget that the less u respond to negative people, like my separated …… the more peaceful ur life will become.”
“Always surround urself with people who value ur worth and if someone doesn’t appreciate ur presence, the best u [sic] can do is to let them appreciate ur absence.”
The statement arrives only hours after Malomine filed a lawsuit against NeNe in a North Carolina court. Nyonisela’s ex said NeNe was the reason her marriage failed. North Carolina is one of the few states that allows a person to sue a spouse’s extramarital partner if the marriage is broken up.
According to the lawsuit, NeNe hooked up with Nyonisela while he was still legally married. The lawsuit seeks more than $100,000 in damages for alleged emotional distress, mental anguish, and loss of affection. NeNe has yet to reply publicly to the lawsuit.
