“Beavis and Butt-Head Do The Universe” will debut on June 23 on Paramount+. It will be the first time the duo will appear on screen together in a decade. Mike Judge, the creator of the legendary cartoon series, returns as writer, director, and voice of America’s favorite idiots, according to ScreenRant.
The movie starts when Beavis and Butt-Head get lost in space, eventually falling through a black hole. The pair travels to the year 2022, where they have to figure out how to live in a much different time. It’s a very interesting concept that has fans salivating.
An exclusive first look at the new Beavis and Butt-Head movie will air alongside the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards. The show airs on Sunday, June 5, at 8 PM eastern. Fans have been waiting to see their favorite dumbasses on screen for years, and this will be their first chance in a long time.
With Judge voicing the stars of the film, several other big names are scheduled to appear as well. Gary Cole, Nat Faxon, Tig Notaro, and more have been announced as cast members. The highly-anticipated movie will kick off an entire reboot of the beloved franchise.
