Johnny Depp has been having the time of his life in the UK since winning his defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard. The actor also got on stage to perform with rock legend Jeff Beck. His latest celebratory event included a monumentally expensive Indian feast.

The New York Post reports that Johnny Depp shelled out over $62,000 for the dinner. Depp shared the pricy curry spread with several friends on Sunday night in Birmingham, England. The event was catered by the Varanasi restaurant, according to the New York Post.

The authentic Indian banquet was accompanied by cocktails and high-end Rosé Champaign. Johnny Depp, Jeff Beck, and about twenty other friends joined the party. Birmingham’s largest Indian restaurant was barely big enough to contain it all.

Johnny has been touring the UK with his friend while soaking in the adulation of the British fans. After he was finished playing with Jeff Beck, he took some time for the fans. A mob of people met Depp as he left the venue, where he then posed for selfies and signed autographs.

The big dinner was the ultimate nightcap. The entire restaurant shut down so that Johnny Depp and his guests could enjoy the meal in peace. Things wrapped up around midnight.

Shish kebabs, chicken tikka, paneer tikka masala, and lamb karahi were among the delectable dining options. Johnny Depp knows how to entertain. The fine folks at Varanasi were more than happy to oblige.
