Amber Heard Shades Johnny Depp’s Recent TikTok Activity

Fans all over the world have been celebrating Johnny Depp’s courtroom victory over Amber Heard. However, Johnny has recently joined TikTok, and Heard’s team was quick to respond to his first post.

Following the end of his recent defamation battle with his ex-wife, Depp joined the famous social media platform earlier this week. According to Complex, in response to Johnny Depp joining the platform, Amber Heard released a statement in which her spokesperson stated that “women’s rights are moving backward.”

“As Johnny Depp says he’s ‘moving forward,’ women’s rights are moving backward. The verdict’s message to victims of domestic violence is … be afraid to stand up and speak out.”

Depp was awarded $15 million in the verdict for his lawsuit against Heard, in which he claimed she had defamed him by pretending to be the victim of domestic violence in an op-ed published by the Washington Post. In a countersuit against Depp, Heard was awarded $2 million.

Depp praised his “loyal and unwavering supporters” for remaining by his side during the trial on the mentioned TikTok. The Pirates star also thanked his fans for the care and support they showed to him.

“To all of my most treasured, loyal and unwavering supporters. We’ve been everywhere together, we have seen everything together. We have walked the same road together. We did the right thing together, all because you cared. And now, we will all move forward together. You are, as always, my employers and once again I am whittled down to no way to say thank you, other than just by saying thank you. So, thank you. My love & respect, JD.”

Based on the evidence, Johnny Depp and his team think they have won a fair case. That, according to Amber Heard’s lawyers, is impossible and they plan to appeal.
