Fetty Wap Enjoys The Miami Beach Sun Despite Ankle Monitoring Bracelet

Fetty Wap could be facing life behind bars for his role in a huge drug trafficking scheme. As he awaits his court date, Fetty celebrated his birthday week at Miami Beach. Due to the serious charges against him, he had to do so with an ankle monitoring bracelet in plain view.

Fetty was arrested on federal trafficking charges in October. He is currently awaiting his trial but has been released on bond. Knowing that he is likely to spend a large portion of the rest of his life in prison, the rapper is living it up, according to the Daily Mail.

Fetty Wap wore the monitoring device as he had a blast on the beach with a female friend. Fetty was all smiles as he bathed in the sun and the sea. He was unmistakable with his long dreadlocks flowing in the ocean breeze.

The pair retreated to a VIP cabana on the beach when they were done soaking up the rays. Many people who are arrested on such serious charges don’t have such a forgiving parole officer. Fetty Wap is taking full advantage of that generosity.

Staffers at the hotel and beach said Fetty Wap could not have been more friendly. He even played some football with fans in the sand. Other than the ankle bracelet, you would have no idea that this was a man facing life in prison.

Fetty is accused of running a drug ring with five others, including a New Jersey corrections officer, that was worth millions of dollars. The size and scope of the operation means Fetty Wap is facing some stiff consequences. While he has time, he is trying to live his best life.
