Jeff Hardy was arrested for DUI, and this added to a long list of similar occurrences. Now new information is out about this situation and it’s not looking good for the pro wrestling legend.

According to TMZ, the Florida Highway Patrol picked Hardy up with a BAC of .294 early on Monday morning. The documents shared by the outlet say that Hardy was driving his Dodge Charger “erratically” on the Volusia County highway.

In the documents, police say they received four separate calls regarding the Charger’s “poor driving pattern.” Cops say when they finally caught up to the vehicle, it was “traveling significantly under the speed limit, weaving across travel lanes, and running off the shoulder of the roadway.”

When police made the stop, Hardy “appeared to be in a stupor and confused.” This is when the 44-year-old wrestler “displayed multiple signs of being impaired” as he “reeked of booze.”

Hardy was arrested on the scene as Florida’s BAC legal limit is .08 and his was .294 and .291 with two breathalyzer readings. It was also noted that Hardy’s license was suspended after his previous convictions for DUI. They also noted he “had a driving restriction which required him to have an interlock device in his vehicle.” Hardy’s Charger did not have such a device.
