Shaq Snaps Back At Fan Who Said He Needed Kobe Bryant To Win

Shaquille O’Neal is one of the greatest big men in the history of the NBA. From his rookie season, fans were captivated by his gargantuan size and matching personality. Shaq won four NBA championships during his playing career with two different teams, but some fans still don’t think he earned them.

A fan on Twitter said that Shaq could not have won all his rings without Kobe Bryant. O’Neal clapped back at the fan, publicly clowning them in the process. Shaq pointed out that every championship team, including his Lakers, has a couple of big stars.

Shaq fans came to his defense, posting clips of highlights throughout his career. The NBA great excelled wherever he went. Of course, he fared better when one of the greatest basketball players of all time was on his team.

Dwayne Wade helped propel Shaq to a title in Miami. Kobe did the same in Los Angeles. It’s hard to find a championship winner in the history of the league that didn’t have a lethal combination.

Basketball has always been a team sport. Individual effort can go a long way. It takes a group of talent with chemistry to get the job done. Just ask this year’s version of the Lakers.
