The Kardashians Claim Blac Chyna Owes Them Almost $400K After Lawsuit Failure

The court battle between Blac Chyna and the Kardashians was a huge topic of discussion last month. The $100 million defamation suit ended up revealing a lot of messy details and confirmed suspicious fans had for a long time. Chyna might have to pay up a ton of money to the Kardashians soon as well.

After a long and arduous battle, the Kardashians won the case as it was declared that Blac Chyna will be awarded no damages by a jury on May 2nd in her lawsuit. Blac Chyna then turned to GoFundMe to raise $400k for an appeal, but that blew up in her face.

According to TMZ, The Kardashians are demanding Blac Chyna pay them the legal fees they incurred due to the trial. The Kardashians’ lawyers filed new paperwork explaining all the litigation fees they had to give, as it amounted to $390K. This also does not include their attorney fees.

The Kardashians’ legal team insists the family spent more than $391,094 in total throughout the years-long proceedings. This includes service of process ($9,325.99); hosting electronic documents ($7,248.35), court reporter fees ($19,895), and deposition costs ($63,078.20).

Their team claimed that  $184,871.71 was spent on “models, enlargements, and photocopies of exhibits.” Chyna was also unable to win her most recent celebrity boxing match either, so she will have to find a way to get the money to pay the Kardashians.
