Blac Chyna Claims Kardashians Are Trying To Financially Ruin Her

The court battle between Blac Chyna and the Kardashians became one of the biggest topics of discussion earlier this year. The $100 million defamation lawsuit truly showcased the ugliest secrets of both Kardashians and Chyna. Chyna also claimed that the Kardashians are trying to financially ruin her.

After a long and difficult battle, the Kardashians won the case as it was declared that Blac Chyna will be awarded no damages by a jury on May 2nd in her lawsuit. Blac Chyna then opened up a GoFundMe to raise $400k for an appeal, but that turned out to be a colossal failure.

As previously reported, The Kardashians claimed that Blac Chyna owes them almost $400K as part of legal fees after the lawsuit ended.

According to Hollywood Life, Black Chyna released a statement through her lawyer, Lynne Ciani. The celebrity claimed that The Kardashians are trying to financially ruin her.

“Kris Jenner’s attempt to financially ruin Angela White, the mother of her granddaughter Dream Kardashian, will not work.

Under California law, costs are awarded to defendants only when they are without fault.  In this case, a Los Angeles jury reached a verdict that defendant Kris Jenner falsely claimed that ‘Chyna beat the sh*t out of Rob’s face’ and that defendant Kylie Jenner falsely claimed that Chyna would ‘proceed with using and physically abusing my brother.’ The same Los Angeles jury reached a verdict that defendants Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner did not act reasonably and in good faith to protect their own economic interests in the Rob & Chyna show.

Angela White’s objectives in the litigation were to prove that Kris and Kylie Jenner’s statements were false and that all four defendants did not act reasonably and in good faith regarding Season 2 of Rob & Chyna. Because Ms. White achieved these litigation objectives, defendants cannot be considered “prevailing parties” under California law and they cannot recover their exorbitant litigation costs of $391,000 from Ms. White.”

Chyna was also unable to win her most recent celebrity boxing match either, so we will have to wait and see whether she will actually have to pay up $400K or not.
