‘RHOC’ Star Lauri Peterson’s Son Josh Waring Busted For Dealing

Lauri was a full-time cast member on RHOC for the first four seasons and made appearances on seasons 5 and 8. Her son seems to be having a hard time with the law. According to authorities, the son of ex-“Real Housewives of Orange County” star, Josh Waring, is allegedly peddling drugs, or at least attempting to sell fentanyl.

Waring is facing criminal accusations stemming from an arrest in January, according to fresh legal documents obtained by TMZ. It includes felony possession and sale of fentanyl. It also includes misdemeanor charge of methamphetamine possession.

According to officials with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy observed Josh in the passenger seat of a car and recognized him from a previous drug arrest. Because the officer knew Josh was on parole for violence, he was able to do a random search, which he did and allegedly discovered cocaine on Josh’s lap.

The deputy noticed Josh brushing the drugs over the car’s floorboard. The substances were later identified as fentanyl and methamphetamine. Josh was reportedly arrested and transported to jail on the spot.

It’s because of the amount of fentanyl found that he was charged with selling it. Josh, as you may know, has a history of legal issues, having been arrested in 2016 for allegedly shooting a guy outside a sober living home. Josh served four years in prison, during which time he was ambushed and assaulted by another inmate using razors wrapped in towels, an attack that was captured on tape. Later, he was granted parole. Josh may now have to serve further time in prison.
