Chelsea Handler Suing Lingerie Company Over Contract Violation

Chelsea Handler is one of the most outspoken celebrities out there. She is now suing a lingerie manufacturer, alleging that she was totally caught off guard after investing a good amount of time and money while agreeing to an agreement to promote the brand.

In order to promote its products, Chelsea reportedly made a contract with ThirdLove, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. She says that the business admired Handler’s distinctive body-positive image and brand and believed it to be a good fit for its customers.

Chelsea claims she followed a particular workout regimen to stay in shape and prepare for the photo shoots. She even turned down other potential deals to maintain her exclusive commitment to the company.

Chelsea claimed that as part of the contract, she was required to pay for her own flight from Los Angeles to Canada for a photo shoot. But according to Handler, ThirdLove ultimately decided to abandon the plan at the last minute.

The late-night host and comedian demands at least $1.5 million from ThirdLove. ThirdLove has not responded to TMZ’s requests for comment yet. Stay tuned to Thirsty for more updates.
