Cain Velasquez’s Shooting Target Sued Over Heinous Allegations

Cain Velasquez and Harry Goularte are engaged in an ongoing conflict with one another. Velasquez shot at Goularte after he allegedly molested one of the ex UFC fighter’s family members. Now, Harry Goularte is the target of a lawsuit over claims that he molested Cain Velasquez’s young family member.

TMZ reports that Goularte is now getting sued over these allegations. It is alleged that, while under the watch of Patty’s Childcare, that Goularte fostered a terrible environment.

The lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Sports, names Goularte’s mother and stepfather as defendants, asserting that they owned and operated Patty’s Childcare, and they “fostered, maintained, and allowed an environment for its attendees to fall victim to sexual abuse at the hands of Harry.”

The plaintiff, who is only known as “C.V., Jr.’s guardian,” alleged that Goularte “sexually abused, molested, caressed, and tormented C.V. on numerous occasions.”

Goularte was tasked with taking care of the young kid while working at Patty’s Childcare in San Martín, California. The lawsuit named Goularte as well as his mother and stepfather, who ran the childcare service, as defendants.

For the molestation of the child, Harry has already been charged with one felony count of a lewd and lascivious act. Velasquez was detained on February 28, 2022, when it was claimed that he attempted to shoot Harry.
