Bret Michaels’ band Poison is part of a massive line-up of classic rock bands such as Def Leppard, Motley Crue and Joan Jett. As all the legendary rockers are on a tour, Michaels’ band was scheduled to perform for their fans Thursday night. However, the star ran into a medical complication.
TMZ reports that Michaels needed to go to a hospital to get treated right before he could perform with Poison. Their sources reveal that Michaels’ medical problem might be getting a bad reaction to medication.
The sources added that the medication is related to COVID. The medication reportedly started a reaction due to his diabetes. Bret Michaels is currently receiving care and treatment in a Nashville hospital.

The audience members of the show revealed that other members of Poison took the stage. They revealed that Bret had to get treated, and they would not be performing their set.
This made the fans upset, and some of them even took to Twitter in order to let out their frustration. While no further announcements have been made, Poison is still scheduled to perform on Saturday in Florida and Sunday in Mississippi. We wish Bret Michaels well, and hope he gets well enough to perform soon.
