Machine Gun Kelly Gives Bizarre Reason For Smashing A Glass On His Head

Machine Gun Kelly made headlines for a very strange reason this week. At a post-show gathering after performing at Madison Square Garden, a viral video showed MGK smashing a champagne glass against his head. Kelly was left a bloody mess after the incident.

Nobody was sure exactly why Machine Gun Kelly did such a thing. He has been known to exhibit erratic behavior in the past. MGK even has a blood-drinking ritual with Megan Fox, so nothing should surprise his fans.

On last night’s “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” Kelly explained his actions. It was not the best of reasons. At least MGK fans now know why he did it.

“You know when you clink a champagne glass with a fork to kind of get people’s attention? Yeah, I didn’t have a fork. So I just clinked it on my head.”

It should be noted that Machine Gun Kelly was at a steakhouse at the time. He likely did have a fork within his reach. Either way, he wanted to get people’s attention, and he succeeded.

MGK noted that he was feeling pretty bad after smashing a glass on his head. He joked with Seth Meyers that he is going to have to start having doctors around him. Kelly could also choose not to intentionally injure himself in the future, but he’s never been the most reasonable guy.
