Lil Durk Shuts Down Story That He Bought $3 Million Chain

Hip Hop artists are used to being iced out. Artists aren’t afraid to spend a lot of money on their jewelry, and Lil Durk is one performer that fits this description. Examples include a diamond pendant, a carat-filled ring, a watch that’s too brilliant to read the time, and earrings that sparkle at night.

The native of Chicago has a sizable jewelry collection that includes pieces valued at more than $3 million. His jeweler, Izzy, who has offices in Miami and New York City, shared a picture of Durk’s most recent purchase on his Instagram account. DJ Akademiks recently claimed Lil Durk poured in $3 million over a chain.

DJ Akademiks wrote, “Durk spent over $3 million with his jeweler.” Durk himself became interested in the message as it started to garner likes. Despite AK’s assertion that Durk wasted $3 million on a necklace, Durk clarified the situation in his remarks.

Even after receiving clarification, AK, who pinned Durk’s statement for everyone to see, didn’t change his caption.
