Usher is a solid veteran in the world of modern R&B. The star is now 43, and has created some incredible tunes over the course of his career. The star is an industry icon, and his fans know that very well. When he has reached such a high status in the industry, he doesn’t know why Rolling Stone won’t recognize him for it.
Rolling Stone is one of the oldest magazine publication working around pop culture and music. They often release lists such as The Top 500 Albums of All Time, or Top 100 Best Singles. Usher is apparently upset that he wasn’t featured on one of such lists by the outlet.
Rolling Stone recently dropped their latest list. Their Ranked List is called ‘100 Best Debut Albums of All Time.’ It features a lot of popular artists such as Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish and Kanye West. Usher wonder why doesn’t he get a spot on it for his debut effort.

Usher took to Instagram just a few hours after the outlet had made the announcement. He apparently checked the list, and then asked in the comments if his album Confessions isn’t truly there. That’s when fans came in to clarify that the list is talking about debut albums. Confessions is the artist’s 4th studio album, which came out 10 years after his true debut album, called Usher.
Usher clearly thinks that Confessions is an impressive album. However, the comment was clearly a fluke on his part. Other artists covered on the list include Arctic Monkeys, N.W.A, Arcade Fire, Frank Ocean, Don Omar, Nas and many more. Maybe Usher can make the comment again when Rolling Stone comes out with a list called Top 100 4th Studio Albums of All Time.
