Machine Gun Kelly is no doubt one of the most well-known musicians in the pop-punk industry. He is renowned for combining rock with contemporary and alternative hip-hop. However, at a recent gathering, the teen daughter of the ‘Mainstream Sellout’ rocker showcased her rap skills by duetting with her father, and it was indeed adorable.
Machine Gun Kelly posted a sweet video of his daughter Casie spewing fire during a party on Thursday. MGK displayed how good his “parenting” skills are by handing Casie the microphone as the two sang along to Jay-Z’s verse in Beyoncé’s song “Crazy in Love.”
MGK and Casie appeared to be enjoying a party among friends. The Tickets to My Downfalls singer began singing along to Jay’s verse while wearing a pair of basketball shorts and a black trucker hat. He then passed the microphone to his daughter, who smoothly rapped along.
MGK appeared to be an extremely proud father, enjoying the wholesome moment with Casie. He captioned the video with “parenting” and added the text “my daughter got next” with an emoji on the video.
MGK rose to fame after releasing the pivotal pop-punk albums Tickets to My Downfall and Mainstream Sellout, but he showed Jay a lot of affection because he started his career as a rapper. Casie also made a surprise appearance on Mainstream Sellout in the spoken “wall of fame (interlude)” alongside MGK’s friend Pete Davidson.
We’ll have to see what they get up to next, but you can check out the video below.
