Young Thug, Gunna, and several other YSL associates were arrested under the Georgia RICO Act, shocking the hip-hop industry. Gunna has been charged with a number of gang-related offenses, and we recently reported that he had once more been denied bond. As a result of the revelation that Gunna will remain behind bars until his trial starts in January 2023, fresh details about an alleged event have been revealed by prosecutors, and it seems that the Slime Life continued even in solitary confinement.
Just recently, it was revealed that the rapper will remain behind bars. It was devastating news for Gunna and his legal team. Although more than a dozen persons were identified in the indictment, both Young Thug and Gunna have maintained that they are not associates of any organized crime group.
WSBTV reported that a nurse was allegedly caught trying to bring drugs into the jail on the rapper’s behalf. The incident allegedly happened in May, and during the confrontation, the nurse was allegedly found in possession of “a bag full of marijuana and cocaine.” The outlet claimed that when a deputy inquired about the supposed narcotics, the nurse “took off.”
Prosecutors revealed to the judge during his bond hearing that some of those drugs were intended for Gunna. According to reports, the judge disputed the idea that Gunna may intimidate witnesses if he were released. According to reports, his lawyers have refuted the charges.
