Amanda Bynes often makes headlines for reasons both good and bad. While she is interested in a reboot of What I Like About You, she accused her fiancé Paul Michael of using cocaine. Bynes and Michael were engaged and ready to get married. However, they have decided to call their engagement off, though that does not mean that they’ve separated.
Bynes and Michael broke off their engagement, but they’re still in a relationship with each other. Entertainment Weekly revealed that their engagement was called off even before 2022 started. The couple if just very private about things. They took some time off from planning their engagement and subsequent marriage, apparently.
They are still together as a couple, but they have put a pause on their engagement and wedding planning.
The source close to Bynes and Michael told the outlet that the two still love each other a lot. However, by going through hardships both together and personally, they recognize that they progressed things too quickly.
They have gone through ups and downs, together and personally, and realized they might have moved quickly, but they love each other and are still committed to one another.
Bynes and Michael announced their engagement back on 14 February 2020 on Valentine’s Day. She took to Instagram in order to show off her huge emerald-cut diamond ring. The two met each other at a sober living facility. Since they’re still in a relationship despite going through the thick and thin, it seems they’ll progress things when they’re finally ready for them.
