Sofia Vergara’s Beverly Hills Estate Hits The Market For $19.6 Million

Sofia Vergara is one of the hottest stars in Hollywood. The ‘Modern Family’ star was the highest paid actress in American television from 2013 to 2020. Sofia Vergara recently listed her and Joe Manganiello’s Beverly Hills estate for the market.

Manganiello and Vergara are looking forward to move out from their current stunning mansion in Beverly Hills to something bigger and better in the same neighborhood. They need to sell it for close to $20 million. The “America’s Got Talent” judge and her husband have just listed their seven-bedroom mansion for $19.6 million.

It represents a good potential profit for the couple given that Sofia purchased the property for $10.6 million in 2014. TMZ real estate sources claimed that Joe and Sofia spent a lot of money refurbishing the house. The estate has a living area of over 11,000 square feet and includes hardwood flooring throughout.

In addition, it has a large gym, a pool with a Jacuzzi, a cinema, and even a wine room with lots of storage space. As for their future plans, TMZ was informed that the pair has been remodeling a larger home in the neighborhood for a few years and that it’s almost finished.
