Boosie Badazz remains one of the most well-known rappers in the modern hip-hop industry. However, he is more famous for his outrageous acts on social media and controversial takes at this point. Cops also defended them cuffing Boosie Badazz recently.
As previously reported, the rapper lost his mind recently after he was arrested and handcuffed in Georgia. Boosie Badazz then claimed that the car he was riding in got pulled over and cuffed because he is famous.
According to TMZ, Fairburn Police Department Deputy Chief Anthony Bazydlo stated that the officer who handcuffed Boosie stated that it was for the safety of the officer.
It was said that police were planning to search the car, claiming they smelled marijuana. The Chief added that it is common for people to be handcuffed when cops are searching a car.
The chief addressed Badazz’s claim, stating that the car’s temporary license plate, which was allegedly obstructed and could not be checked, was the main reason for the stop. Both Boosie and the driver, 19-year-old De’Shun Lawrence, were cited and released. Regardless, Boosie hopes he never gets handcuffed like that ever again.
