Ricky Martin’s Brother Shuts Down Incest Story

Ricky Martin has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons as of late. The pop legend was hit with a restraining order recently. With the musician’s reputation at stake, his brother has come to his defense.

The musician’s brother, Eric Martin, has come forward to deny all the allegations that were brought against the singer recently. The musician was charged with domestic abuse in Puerto Rico, and the victim who filed the restraining order against him was anonymous. Eric has identified that victim as well.

According to El Universo, Eric appeared on Facebook Live and claimed that the person who filed the order of protection was a nephew, who hasn’t been in contact with family for years. He also said their nephew suffers from mental problems.

The restraining order against Ricky states that he was in a seven-month-long relationship with his nephew. The victim claimed he feared harassment from Ricky after they allegedly broke up. TMZ has identified the accuser as Dennis Yadiel Sanchez.

Ricky has denied these allegations as well. The musician’s attorney and his brother claimed the exact same thing, that the accuser is ‘mentally challenged.’ They look forward to getting this case dismissed as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, the person who made this claim is struggling with deep mental health challenges. Ricky Martin has, of course, never been – and would never be – involved in any kind of sexual or romantic relationship with his nephew. The idea is not only untrue, it is disgusting. We all hope that this man gets the help he so urgently needs. But, most of all, we look forward to this awful case being dismissed as soon as a judge gets to look at the facts.

Ricky has had a difficult few weeks, having been smacked with a $3 million lawsuit by his former manager and now the incest case. We’ll have to wait and watch how these scenarios play out in the near future, or if they can be resolved outside of court. Until then stay tuned to Thirsty.
