Kodak Black is a problematic figure, and even he wouldn’t deny that. Bill “Kodak Black” Kapri is dealing with legal troubles once more. Over the weekend, the 25-year-old rapper was arrested by Broward County officials. Black has now reacted to his recent arrest.
According to rumors, Kodak Black was stopped by Florida Highway Patrol for reportedly possessing unlawful window tinting. Oxycodone, according to law enforcement, was found in the rapper’s Dodge Durango. Police allegedly found the narcotic substance in Kodak Black’s car and also seized $75,000 in cash.
Apparently, the SUV’s registration was also expired. Bradford Cohen, Black’s attorney, made a statement about the arrest. “Never judge a case based on an arrest. There are facts and circumstances that give rise to a defense, especially in this case. We negotiated a bond of $75,000, and we will move forward with resolving the matter quickly.”
Kodak Black has since provided his own opinions on the arrest. A news reporter is heard saying in an old audio recording that the Back for Everything album’s creator put to Instagram. “Broward Sherriff’s deputies arrested a man who they say has more p— than he can handle.” In his caption, he expressed frustration with a facepalm emoji.
SMH ! Not Again 🤦🏻♂️
Kodak Black has been charged with crimes before. He has spent time behind bars numerous times during his life, including periods spent in a juvenile prison facility. In 2017, a grand jury in South Carolina indicted Black for first-degree criminal sexual conduct. On federal weapons charges, a court sentenced Black to more than three years in prison in November 2019. Check out his latest post below.
