Last year, many fans started thinking that Jennifer Lopez and her ex-partner Ben Affleck started their romance anew after Lopez ended her relationship with Alex Rodriguez. That is exactly what happened in the end, in a romance that truly became a miracle.
Jennifer Lopez announced her engagement to Ben Affleck, showing off the wonderful ring Affleck gave her. In fact, Affleck proposed to her while she was in the bathtub.
As previously reported, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez ended up tying the knot as they had a low-key wedding ceremony in Las Vegas. According to TMZ, a sizable party will be held in the coming weeks at a residence Ben owns in the Georgia seaside town of Riceboro.
This is the same plan they had 20 years ago. When the couple got engaged in 2002, they planned on getting married at Ben’s 87-acre property outside Savannah, GA. They had a lot planned, including police and security keeping unwanted people out until they called off their engagement in 2004.
Jennifer released a statement shortly after the wedding news, saying, “We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient.” It is evident the fact that they will celebrate at the same place they were supposed to 20 years ago brings a lot of sentimentalities.
