Ben Affleck Shows Off His Wedding Band After Marrying Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck rekindled their romance in 2021 and were engaged after a roller-coaster journey in their lives. The pair finally tied the knot at the renowned A Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas. Recently, Affleck gave the first glimpse of his wedding band after his surprise Las Vegas nuptials to Jennifer Lopez.

Page Six reported that the “Deep Water” star was driving around Los Angeles and happened to stick his left hand out of his car window. At that moment, a paparazzo snapped a picture of his wedding band. Affleck appeared exhausted while behind the wheel, perhaps because of the life-changing activities he participated in over the weekend.

The “Marry Me” star, who is 52, confirmed in her On The JLo newsletter Sunday evening that she and Affleck, who is 49, tied the knot. Lopez wrote, “We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient,” referring to their initial called-off engagement two decades ago.

Lopez added that she wore “a dress from an old movie” as they exchanged vows in the “little chapel” and “gave one another the rings we’ll wear for the rest of our lives.” The “Waiting for Tonight” singer, who changed her name to Jennifer Affleck on the pair’s wedding license, showed off her wedding band in a makeup-free photo snapped from bed after their big night.

The outlet previous reported this year that the pair were planning to elope in order to avoid the press and paparazzi. While the couple said “I do” in front of their kids in Sin City, they’re also planning a much bigger fête in Georgia that will double as a birthday party for Lopez, who is turning 53 on July 24th.

The pair said their “I dos” in front of their respective children from previous marriages. According to the outlet, close friends and family including Casey Affleck, Matt Damon, Jimmy Kimmel and Lopez’s “Shades of Blue” co-star Drea de Matteo were in attendance.
