Lil Baby’s breakthrough album, My Turn, rocketed him to international prominence two years ago. There are already enough negative stories about hip hop, but Lil Baby chimed in with some good news about his latest collaboration. Lil Baby just joined a restaurateur to provide 100 jobs in Metro Atlanta, because he never stopped giving back.
The rapper has previously hosted giveaways and championed initiatives that benefit underserved communities. It was recently revealed that he intends to help people in Atlanta in finding employment. According to Complex, Lil Baby has partnered with restaurateur Lemont Bradley “to provide 100 jobs to people, specifically those under the age of 21.”
It was also stated that the rapper and Bradley had known each other for many years. “We are looking to give out 100 jobs to teenagers and young adults in the metro Atlanta,” reads a joint statement.
“With the crime rate surrounding scams, robbery, and even murder being so high, we are looking to provide a positive outlet and revenue stream to those who are looking for an income.”
“We are so excited about this initiative. Of course, we are looking forward to helping boost the city’s economy but we are really focused on lowering the city’s crime rate.”
Bradley is claimed to own multiple restaurants in the Atlanta area, including one that recently opened, and he is currently hiring. Check out a video from 2021 in which Lil Baby discusses the significance of helping people in need. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
