Ricky Martin Incest Case Dismissed After Nephew Withdraws Claim

Ricky Martin’s humiliating nightmare is coming to a close. The famed singer was recently accused by his 21-year-old nephew of a months-long incestuous relationship. Martin denied the allegations and finally got a chance to give a judge his side of the story.

That testimony has resulted in the nephew withdrawing his wild accusation. The nephew’s temporary restraining order against Ricky Martin has been revoked. The accuser pulling his claim means that Martin will not face any further issues involving the allegations.

A lawyer for Ricky Martin spoke to TMZ about the case. They said they knew that Ricky would be vindicated all along. They are very happy with the result.

“Just as we had anticipated, the temporary protection order was not extended by the court. The accuser confirmed to the court that his decision to dismiss the matter was his alone, without any outside influence or pressure.

And the accuser confirmed he was satisfied with his legal representation in the matter. The request came from the accuser asking to dismiss the case. This was never anything more than a troubled individual making false allegations with absolutely nothing to substantiate them. We are glad that our client saw justice done and can now move forward with his life and his career.”

Ricky Martin has denied claims of abuse, incest, and stalking throughout the ordeal. His team believes that the nephew suffers from mental illness. Fortunately, it seems that getting the legal system involved was enough for him to back off from the shocking accusations.
