The Atlanta rap scene is currently in flux. With some high-profile arrests, Fulton County D.A. Fani T. Willis is taking action against gang activity in the Atlanta region. Following their indictment in a RICO case involving YSL, Young Thug and Gunna are still in custody.
Unfortunately, they are not the only two rappers who may soon experience legal difficulties. Lil Baby and 4PF have reportedly been mentioned as prospective targets to be the next record label to receive a RICO lawsuit. The idea was first floated by Akademiks during his live stream, albeit he acknowledged that it was largely hypothetical.
However, it seems like Lil Baby is well aware that he might wind up becoming the next significant A-list artist to be charged with a crime. The rapper tweeted about his ambition to produce future Black millionaires, and then he acknowledged the prospective case against him.
I’m trying to start an investment group for the young black millionaires !! We can run the world if we play it right.
Only God can judge me.
There are already enough negative stories about hip hop, but Lil Baby chimed in with some good news about his latest collaboration. Willis hasn’t yet given any indications of who the potential target of the next high-profile RICO arrest might be. Keep an eye on Thirsty for any new information about the situation.
