Ozzy Osbourne’s major surgery is no secret to his fans. The Black Sabbath rocker went through the much-needed neck surgery recently, but he’s finally back to feeling his stride again. Just days after his surgery, the star released a single alongside Jeff Beck.
Osbourne recently made his debut at the San Diego Comic-Con and talked about his recovery. He spoke with ET‘s Matt Cohen and offered an update on his health post-surgery.
It’s great, it’s great. I like to see people, you know. That’s been the hardest thing of the past three years, because I’ve been trying to recover from my surgery. I’m getting there. It’s a slow climb back, you know?
Ozzy certainly got to see a lot of people as he is also getting a debut as a comic book character. The rocker revealed the artwork of his upcoming comic book alongside Todd McFarlane. The Ozzy comic will be sold alongside his upcoming album, Number 9.
The album will also come out on September 9. Ozzy had a blast at the event, with his 25-foot tall blowup outside the venue to top it all off. He’s had other health problems too, such as his 2003 bike accident, and his 2020 Parkinson’s disease. He’s also beaming with joy over his daughter’s pregnancy with Slipknot star Sid Wilson.
