Shawn Mendes Spotted At Santa Monica Beach After Choosing Mental Health Over Touring

Shawn Mendes has been dealing with some mental health problems, and he’s had his fans worried. After announcing that he hadn’t been doing good on the road, Mendes told fans that he would be taking a break from his world tour.

The 23-year-old star also revealed that he was getting help for his mental health problems. It seems that he’s once again getting back in his stride. Mendes was seen enjoying his day out at the Santa Monica beach, and he seemed like he has been recovering well.

Mendes rocked a simple pair of shorts while showing off his shredded abs. The star wasn’t alone, as he was enjoying the company of his friends. While the woman walking beside him rocked a white tank top and black shorts, his other friend wore a t-shirt, a baseball cap along with sunglasses, and a pair of shorts.

The singer rose into fame at a lightning-fast pace. Ever since he came into fame, he’d been touring relentlessly without taking a proper break. When the star revealed that he was getting help, he revealed that it was his overall health that concerned him. We hope Mendes gets better soon and resumes his world tour.
