Brad Pitt’s Hollywood success translated into a lot of money for the actor. He recently purchased a $40 million cliffside mansion. The ‘Fight Club’ star is reportedly looking to renovate the newly purchased property to his liking.
According to Hollywood Life, the 58-year-old actor is excited to renovate his stunning new home. A source close to the actor said that Pitt is incredibly passionate about architecture and will take his time renovating it.
Brad’s in no rush to move into this house, this is a very important piece of property and Brad will no doubt take his time renovating it. He’s got such a passion for design and architecture, this is an exciting project for him to sink his teeth into.
Pitt’s new house, “Seaward,” is a century-old mansion in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. Charles Summer Greene, a well-known 20th-century architect, designed the house. The property was formerly owned by D.L. James, the author of ‘Famous All Over Town.’ Since 1999, the house has been owned by a limited liability business.
