The Miz Thinks The 6th Marine Film Needs To End The Franchise

The Miz’s identity as a Hollywood A-Lister is a true reflection of his mentality. Miz is the star of the USA Network reality series Miz and Mrs. He has also served as the face of The Marine series. Miz, though, thinks the series is over after the sixth movie.

During a MackMania Podcast show, The Miz was proud of his The Marine 6 and thinks it’s a “great closure to the franchise”. The sixth film featured Becky Lynch, Shawn Michaels and The Miz. His character was ultimately killed off in the film, which became the series’ turning point.

“Yes. Shawn Michaels, myself, as well as Becky Lynch, we all starred in The Marine 6. I did 3, 4, 5, and six. I think it was just time. Honestly, it was a great closure to a great franchise. I was really proud of each movie and I think, I wasn’t sure if they were going to have Shawn take over but if they needed someone to take over it was ready and built up, and he’s the perfect person to do that.”

The Marine took a new direction in 2013, when The Miz became the main protagonist for the franchise. Miz became the focal point for the franchise, and his character seemed destined to carry the films on his back for years. Even though The Marine films scored low ratings, it’s one of WWE’S most notable live actions films to date.

The Miz is a seasoned professional who has been with WWE for about 20 years. Michael Gregory Mizanin’s personality is displayed to audiences on WWE programming and on his Miz and Mrs. show, starting with goofy segments, moving on to a team with John Morrison, and then competing as the main event of WrestleMania 27. It only serves to highlight how much of an A-Lister he truly is.
