Mystikal Arrested For Heinous Crimes In Louisiana

Mystikal, a New Orleans-raised rapper, has been involved with several legal issues since his rise to fame. He has faced sexual assault charges in the past and is a registered sex offender as well. The rapper was arrested in his home state for heinous crimes just recently, and this is a tragic story to report.

According to WBRZ News, Mystikal was arrested in Louisiana for rape and other crimes. He was taken into the Ascension Parish Jail on various felony counts on Sunday afternoon, including first-degree rape, domestic violence battery, strangulation, and robbery.

In addition, the 51-year-old was charged with two misdemeanors: false imprisonment and criminal damage to property valued at less than $1,000. All five incidents allegedly occurred at 9:21 a.m. on Sunday. He is still behind the bars as of Monday.

The rapper rose to national prominence in the 1990s and is best known for his smash single “Shake Ya Ass” in 2000. His career, however, began to decline after 2003.
