Oscar De La Hoya Offers Jake Paul vs Nate Diaz Fight In His Promotion

Jake Paul simply loves getting under the skin of his opponents before every boxing match. The Problem Child hogs attention by calling out big names in the UFC world for fights, as he has called out the likes of Nate Diaz several times for a fight. At one time, he even called Nate Diaz every day to book a fight against him. Now they have a place where they could fight.

The Problem Child claimed that a boxing match between himself and Nate Diaz would sell 1.5 million pay-per-views. He even went so far as to claim that a fight against Nate Diaz would be light work for him, and fans simply laughed at his baffling claim.

Nate Diaz demanded his release from his UFC contract so that he could fight Jake Paul. Paul vs Hasim Rahman Jr was postponed due to alleged weight issues. Now Paul needs an opponent, and Diaz is still trying his best to make that happen.

In light of this disappointing news, Oscar De La Hoya took to Twitter and offered to promote a fight between Jake Paul and Nate Diaz via his Golden Boy Promotions.

“Sorry for your cancellation due to unprofessional fighters not making weight. Let’s talk @jakepaul Vs @NateDiaz209 when he’s free from the @ufc imagine the @GoldenBoyBoxing machine behind it? Will be huge!!!”

We will have to wait and see whether Jake Paul will end up facing off against Nate Diaz in the future or not. Fans would love to see the two duke it out in the ring. If anything, it is certain to sell a lot of pay-per-views if it ever does go down.
