Kendrick Lamar Is Already Working On His Next Album

Kendrick Lamar is said to be one of the most iconic rappers of all time. Mr. Morale, his most recent album, was created over the course of five years and includes some of the most honest feelings and events during that time. It looks like Kendrick is already working on his next album.

Complex recently spoke with Compton-based producer Sounwave through Zoom. to get a glimpse inside Kendrick’s universe. He discussed his initial introduction to music and production, working on Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, and his future plans during the chat. Sounwave confirmed that he and Lamar are already working on the next album.

There’s a few projects that I’m working on. I really can’t talk about them just yet, but there are a few projects that I am working on and I’m excited about for the future. They will all be revealed within time. 

Kendrick Lamar is without a doubt an extremely accomplished figure in hip-hop. He released his album DAMN back in 2017 and won the Pulitzer Prize for it. Lamar is the first hip-hop artist to achieve the incredible feat.
