Chuck E. Cheese is currently in a lot of trouble, and for reasons one might not expect. Now, they face a possible lawsuit from the mother of the child who was snubbed by their mascot
As previously reported, Naney D. Muhammad is the mother of the young Black girl who recently got snubbed at a Chuck E. Cheese in New Jersey. While speaking to TMZ, she is preparing to take legal action against the pizza chain for what she considers overt and blatant racist behavior.
The woman stated that she has noticed similar things happening at amusement parks and indoor play areas for children. She is heartbroken such a thing happened to her daughter.
She added that Chuck E. Cheese gave a standard statement she feels is empty and void of an apology. Due to this, she is now consulting with her lawyer for the next steps so justice can be achieved.
This comes off the heels of Sesame Place getting slapped with a big lawsuit. On that note, Disney World costumed characters have made sure that they don’t get caught ignoring Black children. We will keep you updated on this ongoing story.
