Wendy Williams has had a stressful year. After she missed a large amount of time due to health issues, her popular daytime talk show was cancelled. Her often unpredictable conduct has alarmed admirers. She has now lied to the public about her present romantic situation.
Wendy Williams revealed earlier this week that she had married a New York Police Department officer to the web source Hollywood Unlocked. She informed Jason Lee, the website’s creator, of the news. Since the two socialites have known each other for a long, Wendy was thrilled to finally give them the news.
Williams’ representative was prepared to refute the charges just as people on social media started to send their best wishes. William Selby rejected Wendy’s claims in an interview with Page Six by claiming, “That’s inaccurate. She is excited about a new relationship and probably got carried away in conversation.”
The website requested the representative to confirm or deny if her new spouse was indeed a police officer. “Wendy doesn’t wish to disclose details at the moment.” Selby said.
Jason Lee made the decision to phone Wendy and videotape their private chat because people started to suspect that he hadn’t been completely honest. Lee asked, “So, yesterday when you called me and said that you were married.” He continued by saying that by denying the claims to various sites, her rep was harming his reputation.
“Everybody seems to have a problem with that. I am married,” Wendy confirmed. “You know I f*ck with you the long way. I’m going to always look out for you… I just don’t know why [Will] is out there trying to discredit me.” In an effort to provide clarification, Wendy admitted that her rep saw no point in her getting married, “But, you know what? F*ck will.”
We’ll have to see what’s next for Wendy Williams, but her life if obviously going to keep capturing interest.
