Fat Joe recently slammed Irv Gotti for bringing up his alleged two-decade-old romance with Ashanti on Drink Champs. He also chastised Ja Rule for not standing up for Ashanti when seated next to Irv Gotti. Now, Ja Rule has fired back at Fat Joe.
According to TMZ, Ja Rule is protecting his name in the face of Fat Joe’s scorn. Following Joe Crack’s accusation that he was a passive participant in Irv Gotti’s explosive “Drink Champs” interview about sleeping with Ashanti. Fat Joe recently called out both Irv and Ja on Instagram.
He called Gotti a “s*cka” for kissing and revealing his previously unknown relationship with Ashanti. The Terror Squad leader, on the other hand, didn’t let Ja off the hook, slamming him for not silencing Irv before the interview got out of hand. On Tuesday, the Murder Inc. rapper responded in the comments section of Hollywood Unlocked.
“STOP saying I didn’t defend sis and all women when I clearly told Gotti stop calling Ashanti/women the B word same way I told Joe at Verzuz watch the interview before you talk sh*t… NOW LEAVE ME TF OUT THESE GROWN FOLK BUSINESSES…”
Irv has taken a lot of criticism since the interview aired. A moment, according to Joe, that tarnishes Irv’s credibility, despite his famed work with Jay-Z, DMX, and Murder Inc.
