Ben Affleck Is Moving In With Jennifer Lopez

It seems that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have finally given up on their tedious house hunt. Instead of looking for the perfect house, the couple have chosen to pursue a simpler option.

TMZ reports that sources close to Affleck and Lopez have claimed that Affleck is planning to move in to the latter’s Bel Air home. However, they will be extensively remodeling the house. It seems that instead of finding the right home, they are planning to build it.

Lopez has owned the house since 2016, although given the remodeling plans, it might be even a year before the couple can move in to the place. For the time being, they are renting James Packer’s $60 million Beverly Hills home. Affleck himself has listed his Pacific Palisades home for $30 million.

Lopez’s house boasts a massive 14,000 square feet of pure opulence. The house comes with 7 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, although the remodeling could change that. After all, the property rests on an 8 acre plot, with plenty of room for expansion.

Lopez had originally bought the house back in 2016 from Sela Ward for about $28 million, and had it remodeled at the time. Check out pictures of the house below, followed by pictures of the house they’re currently renting
