Kanye West Hasn’t Followed Through With Promise To Help Homeless Shelter

Kanye West has proven himself to be a true genius when it comes to being a businessman and also as an artist. It is hard to argue with that fact, as West has proven time and time again why he is one of the best ever.

As previously reported, Kanye West wanted to help the homeless population of Los Angeles and solve the homelessness crisis in the city. Fans then wondered whether he was serious about this at all.

According to TMZ, the L.A. Mission is frustrated Kanye West hasn’t followed through on his vow to help the homeless get jobs and housing. West also recently told fans to look to the homeless for design inspiration.

While the meaning is not clear, it did reference some of the promises the rapper made last year, when he visited the Mission and vowed to use his companies to help the homeless get jobs, education and housing.

It was said that people from the Mission have attempted to contact Kanye West seeral times since last November, but to no avail. It was added that L.A. Mission wants to work with Kanye, because he is a megastar with a megaphone and could do a lot of good. We’ll keep you updated on this ongoing story.
