Mariah Carey is one of the most popular pop stars that America has ever seen. She has given us hit music that we will always remember. Carey’s often photographed vacationing, but she needs to be really careful when sharing the photos.
Page Six recently discovered that Carey’s Atlanta home was burglarized in July, when she was away on vacation in Capri, Italy, and relaxing in a $20 million property in the Hamptons. The break-in has been confirmed by the police, but the information is limited.
According to the police,
“This is still an open investigation, the information may be limited.”
The $5.65 million estate was purchased in November 2021 by a trust using the same name as several other Carey residences and commercial ventures. The nine-bedroom, 13-bathroom house has a tennis court, a playground, and a pool.
Meanwhile, Carey spent the previous month in Italy with her twins Monroe and Moroccan and her boyfriend Bryan Tanaka. Pictures of the gang chilling out on a yacht and having fun in the sea appeared all over the internet, possibly warning burglars that the property would be empty. She uploaded travel photos to Instagram.
The “All I Want for Christmas” singer also promoted Nestseekers on social media for assisting her in finding a Hamptons rental. “Out East for the week, soaking it all in,” she wrote on July 25th. The Water Mill house, called the Eagles Point, is listed for $20 million. Carey spent more than six figures during her two-week stay. Stay tuned to Thirsty for further updates.
