Vince McMahon Blocked Bobby Lashley From Competing In The UFC

Bobby Lashley worked hard to make himself one of the most dependable stars in WWE. The Almighty is a two-time WWE Champion and a true veteran in the pro wrestling world.

The Almighty is currently the United States Champion and has defended his title occasionally already. He is also one of the most legitimate athletes to have competed in the world of both MMA and pro wrestling. Lashley has a great record in the MMA world, especially in Strikeforce.

While speaking to Sean Ross Sapp, Bobby Lashley revealed that Vince McMahon shut him down when it came to competing in the UFC.

It’s still in me. I saw the last UFC event where Vince and Stephanie were sitting ringside. I was in the stands and texting Vince, ”can I get in there?” And he was like ”ahhhhh”.

Bobby Lashley also wants a match against Gunther in WWE. It remains to be seen whether they will end up clashing at WWE Survivor Series later this year.
