Mama June Suing Former Friend Over YouTube Series

It certainly seems like television personality, Mama June can’t stay away from drama, or perhaps drama can’t stay away from her. Now, Mama June is set to sue a former friend, and that too on a live, courtroom show.

The lawsuit in question pertains to her former friend, Adam Barta, who is also a content creator. Sources revealed to TMZ that Mama June is suing Barta for $5k over a YouTube show.

Mama June and Barta worked on a YouTube series together, wherein they discussed pop culture and social media trends. However, Mama June claims that Barta promised to pay her for her involvement in the project, but never came through.

Adam Barta, however, claims that while he had a close relationship with June, and they did help each other out. He claims there was no talk of financial compensation. He further stated that he was there for June in her time of need, and that makes them even.

The case will be heard live on A&E Wednesday at 9 PM, with Judge Greg Mathis and VInnie Politan hosting the hearing, and Judge Vonda Evans providing analysis. Odds are, if this appearance is anything like Mama June’s other adventures on television, this could be an interesting show.
