R. Kelly’s Latest Victim Testifies She Was Only 15 When They First Slept Together

R. Kelly’s legal nightmare seems to be unceasing. The singer’s former goddaughter has now presented testimony against him in the federal trial that likely puts him on the losing side.

Kelly’s alleged victim testified against the rapper in the federal trial on Thursday. She revealed to the jury that R. Kelly had sex with her “innumerable times” before she turned 18, as per TMZ. Kelly had sex with her when she was only 15, though he’d started being sexual towards her much before.

The victim remained anonymous and used the pseudonym ‘Jane.’ She revealed that Kelly had sex with her many times, and she was too intimidated by him to put an end to it. She further said that Kelly appeared as an authority figure to her, and she just obeyed his requests. Even if she felt odd about it, with time the line between normal and abnormal started blurring.

Jane added that Kelly sexually engaged with other teenagers as well. She recruited other girls for him. Kelly even recorded them being sexual with each other when they were only 14.

The case has taken a huge turn with the testimony. Jane and her parents for years denied the inappropriate relationship she had with Kelly. Even though federal prosecutors claimed she’s the girl on the video footage used in the 2008 trial and this case, she claims otherwise.
