Travis Barker Has COVID-19 Weeks After Being Hospitalized For Pancreatitis

Travis Barker has significantly elevated his status in the music industry, which is evident, especially during his difficult times. Fans kept cheering for Travis and sending well-wishes as he battled pancreatitis, and he seemingly recovered just fine. Now the Blink-182 drummer is dealing with an apparent case of COVID-19.

Travis Barker revealed on Thursday that he tested positive for coronavirus. He revealed it just two months after being admitted to the hospital for a ‘life-threatening’ case of pancreatitis. The 46-year-old rock star announced the news to his more than seven million Instagram followers by posting a shirtless photo of himself drumming in a dimly lit room.

“Covid sucks, I’d rather play the drums,” the dad-of-two, who is currently performing on tour with Machine Gun Kelly on his Mainstream Sellout Tour, captioned the photo on Instagram. Neither Machine Gun Kelly nor Barker’s wife, Kourtney Kardashian, have stated whether they have contracted the highly contagious disease.

On Tuesday, the 43-year-old Poosh founder shared several photos of herself ‘backstage’ with her man as they held hands during one of their tour stops in Cleveland, Ohio. Kardashian revealed she got the virus for the second time in June, the same month her husband revealed his pancreatitis was triggered by a polyp removal ‘in a very sensitive area’ during an endoscopy.
