Will Smith is well-known for his roles in the Oscar-nominated films Pursuit of Happyness and Ali. Smith frequently stated, “Smiling is the best way to face every problem, to crush every fear, and to hide every pain.” However, the longtime leading man let fear take hold when he spotted a large tarantula spider just a couple of feet away from him.
Smith shared a clip on Instagram where he can be seen jumping on a chair while demanding his eldest son Trey get rid of the massive spider. The Fresh Prince declared in the video, “What the whole hell. That is a big ass spider!” Trey shot back, “That’s a tarantula,” as his dad stood up on a chair as far away from the spider as possible.
Will said to the oldest of his three children, “Alright Trey you got to get that out of here,” Trey then shoots a look back a look at his father as to say, ‘Why do I have to do it!?’ The Bad Boys star then said, “Come on, you’re young and strong, and you can handle the bite,” while Trey shot another look of disbelief back at his father.
It’s at this point that Trey gets the idea of putting a glass overtop of the spider, which elicited a few screams from the Bad Boys actor. Once the tarantula was confined under the glass, Will gets a bit of courage and finally comes down from off his chair to assist in the situation.
Will Smith is a humorous man, and his admirers love him for that. You may check out the clip below. Keep an eye on Thirsty for more.
